About Me

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in adult individual psychotherapy. I maintain a private practice in St. Paul, MN where I work with clients who struggle with a wide range of difficulties. I provide deep and intensive therapy from a relational perspective. This type of psychotherapy helps in addressing painful symptoms at their deepest roots. It provides a collaborative and safe space to help you understand your inner life, relationships, and how past trauma or attachment patterns affected you and continue contributing to your current distress or difficulties. Change requires courage. If you are looking to explore your full potential, improve your relationships, and life satisfaction I would be honored to accompany you on this journey.

I have been independently licensed to practice psychotherapy since 2008. I completed my doctoral studies at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and moved to MN for an internship and subsequent post-doctoral fellowship both at the Hamm Memorial Psychiatric Clinic. My doctoral program and clinical training were rooted in psychoanalytic thinking, which shaped my identity as a clinician.

Over the years I have continued pursuing training opportunities that deepened my knowledge and clinical skills. I completed numerous year-long programs at the William Alanson White Institute in NYC, where I gained invaluable knowledge and understanding of eating disorders, substance abuse, trauma, relationship problems, attachment patterns, and how our unconscious continuously affects our choices and being. I have also worked extensively with senior clinicians in case consultations and supervision.

Locally, I completed one year of the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program through the Minneapolis Psychoanalytic Society and Institute (MPSI). I am actively involved with the institute, attend conferences, and weekly consultation group.
