Rates

I charge $200 for a 55 minute individual therapy session.

Insurance

I am in network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health/individual psychotherapy benefits?

  • Do I have deductible and has it been met?

  • What is my copay or coinsurance?

  • What is my coverage for the out-of-network provider?

Reduced Fee

I accept out-of-network plans and provide sliding scale fees.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel our appointment, I require at least 24 hours notice. Since insurance companies do not pay for services not rendered, you will be responsible for a full payment if the cancellation is within less than 24 hours.
